I'm in a hotel with a slow connection so some of your images aren't loading for me, but I love the rich, orange color palette in the ones I'm seeing!
oh such beautiful work, I can relate to you painting on anything, I'm the same way, I will paint on anything when the urge struck, I now only paint watercolors so I must be sure to have a good supply of paper, in!!I enjoy your creations so much, you have such wonderful creative imagination and your skills are amazing!
each one is a joy to see. seems like everything you touch is magical, the details of your studio, your words, your art and you.
i don't think i have painted on poster board, but i have seen people do it with nice results.
She's lookig wonderful, Victoria. I'm truly amazed at all the pieces you have going and what great, deep detail you do. Her eyes are lovely. Do you ever use doggies in your portraits or just cats? Do cats have a special meaning for you? :)
Hugs!
Your artwork is beautiful!
Lovely! I've mostly been learning how to paint with watercolors so I need specific paper. But, I agree, when one wants to play one will use whatever is available. And you use what you have with elegance and style. :)
..Victoria your artwork is simply stunning!...Stephania is my favourite, you've captured something about her that draws you into her & the texture of Cassandra's hair is superb...a delightful posting beautifully finished off with your glorious Irises...wishing you a wonderful week...Mel :)
Victoria, I like all your ladies, but the look of Stefania has hooked me, are sweet and sad at the same time.
You use the palette of gold, your spirit is quiet and restful. Hugs my friend
I love , love your fiery reds Victoria- so much energy is infused into this series of beautiful and unique faces/spirits. I totally feel alive after a visit to your inspired gallery!

I have never worked on poster board but have known people who do!! I always look forward to seeing your posts, Victoria..I never know where to look first...By the way, thank you for the Iris'...they are beautiful!!
I love the colours! It's like the sun is shining on Stefania's face : )
You are a real creative spirit Victoria, such talent in so many areas, and your paintings are incredible.
So many beautiful paintings, Victoria! I've not painted on poster - I am so used to canvas or even watercolor paper.
